Competitive pricing Clean and dry The facilities are looked after Free coffee And some of the friendliest welcoming staff I have ever come across. The parcel receiving service they provide for their customers has been a life saver for us (living off grid). To the team, thank you for looking after us and our things for the last 5 years.

I haven't tried their storage yet, but they provide a fantastic, secure and certified document destruction service that even for average households should make endless chores of ripping-up or shredding old paper documents, receipts and statements a thing of the past. Better still, it's excellent value for money - £10/ 15kg documents, and easy too; just pay your £10 for a rugged 15kg-capacity bag and seal, fill it, and return it. And that's literally it. It's rare to find such a good value and minimal-friction service, but I'll give credit where it's due. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I had an excellent intial experience with Storage King Frome. From the moment I arrived, the chap was were incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process simple and stress-free. The facility looked clean and secure, and very well organised. Accessing the facility was easy, parking is convenient. I feel completely confident that my belongings will kept safe and dry. Pricing seems fair and transparent and explained to me, and the chap really made me feel at ease, going above and beyond to make sure all my question were answered and i walked away feeling I have booked the right storage solution for for my need. Hoping the rest of my experience with Storage King goes as smooth the initial enquiries and I look forward to giving the overall process as good a of a review.
