Our transit vans are booked using the Hertz 24/7 app. All you need to do is:
Step 1: Download the free app, available on Google Play and the App Store.
Step 2: Sign up with your details. Submit the relevant documents using the in-app photo feature. We’ll send additional details via text and email.
Step 3: Book your van, follow the app instructions and get moving!
Step 4: Top up your fuel using the fuel card provided.
Step 5: Once done, simply return the van to where it was picked up.

The Important Stuff
Deposits and insurance: When your booking is approved, 200% of your initial charges will be pre-authorised, with the remaining balance refunded to your account within 48 hours after your move is complete. Insurance is included in the price, whether you need a small, medium or large removal van.
Required documents: To register, have your major credit or debit card and driving licence ready.
Fuel: Each vehicle comes with a fuel card and at least a quarter tank of fuel, so you can hit the road immediately. Fuel cards have a £50 limit per transaction and can be used at Shell, Esso and Texaco stations.
Additional costs: There are no hidden costs unless you exceed your allotted time. A £5 annual membership fee applies upon sign-up, granting you access to a range of Hertz locations across the UK and Europe.
