We originally started using Storage King while our house was being renovated and only intended it to be a temporary solution. However, the experience has been so positive that we’ve decided to stay on and simply downsize to a smaller unit. The whole process has been incredibly easy from start to finish. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and supportive, making everything straightforward and stress-free. Accessing and using the unit has been simple and convenient, and any questions we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and the team at Storage King have consistently gone above and beyond. I would just like to endorse my previous 5* review below, as this week I am finally leaving Storage King, Aylesford, having now found other homes for all my furniture. However, the help and welcome I have received from both Shane (aka Sean below :)) and especially Derren, with whom I have liaised during the majority of my visits, has been absolutely amazing. I cannot imagine it is often someone can say they have actually 'enjoyed' using a storage unit and I am sorry to be checking out! Thank you so much guys for such a truly positive experience and really lightening the load on my shoulders during what has been a difficult time for me. I'm using Storage King for the first time. I liaised mainly with Derren, who could not have been more informative and helpful. His colleague Sean, who I also spoke to during the process and who was equally helpful, was taking leave on the day I moved my belongings into to the unit. However, despite being short staffed, I and the other clients that day, all received a high quality, personal service. Derren even talked through with me how best I might store my goods to maximise the space available, which was invaluable. I was very impressed. Thank you guys!

Really great experience with Storage King Aylesford. The team have been so helpful, friendly, and professional from the start. They made everything really easy and took the time to answer any questions I had. The facility is clean, secure, and well organised, and the customer service has honestly been excellent throughout.
