Very poor customer service levels, they don't respond when you ask for a bigger unit. Then refuse to let you out of the existing contract, with radio silence tactics and providing links to a cancelation system that doesn't work Hayley the store manager must just have her feet up all day, as she doesn't respond to calls or emails and blames other for her own fallings. She refuses to provide details of her line manager, assume she has a number of similar complaints. P.s a man is sleeping in one of the units, so a really safe place on an evening.

I sent an email complaint in Sept and never received any reply. Used them for just over a year, and it was mostly okay once we'd set it up and left our stuff in storage. However, when we removed some things and moved to a smaller unit in the same building, we were moved to a unit that was already locked and full to the ceiling with someone's belongings. This didn't make sense to us how such an error could have been made, but it did later. In June, they left me a voicemail to say that my unit was listed as 'vacated', but my belongings were still there. I was instructed to remove my things by the afternoon or risk losing them. My direct debit was fully paid, and up to date, they had either purposefully cancelled my contract or the computer system had somehow done it in error. It took them a few hours after calling back for them to sort it out. If I had not called them back immediately, they might have binned or sold my stuff in a unit I was fully paid up for. After setting up my account for me again, they did not honour the price increase I'd received notice of a few months earlier and therefore overcharged me. They've made no attempt to compensate me for the stress caused. This makes me think that this happened to the person whose unit we were mistakenly moved to before. The people who work there genuinely seem nice, but something must be going wrong with management or with their computer systems. However, I wouldn't entrust my belongings to their company again.
