I used Storage King for my daughter's Uni items between moves. When all other Storage Units were full Storage King managed to have a space for us, they even came in at a price far lower than their competitors! From booking to leaving the customer service was exceptional. Tina helped with getting my locker reserved and even going the extra mile to ensure I have it on time. The lads at the facility, Rich and Chris you were a great help! Accessing your locker is easy, there is enough space to park and off load and even so it is not extremely busy. If you need quality packing materials they have these too! The location is easy to get to and not miles out of town! Storage King is certainly the best yet accessible and affordable Storage Unit in York.

Rich was the man who served me, i think he said he was the manager of the harrogate branch. He was so funny and helpful and really helped me feel less stressed especially as a female student moving alone. I could not recommend this place enough will definitely be using again.

Very positive experience. Booked last minute and Tina went out of her way to help us and get us in. We then asked for a bigger size at the very last minute and again Tina was brilliant helping us. She's very personable and friendly. Great service. Storage King was cheaper than the nearest competitor and the access is simple and easy. Would recommend.

Tina is a fantastic employee and a credit to storage king, she’s extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super welcoming. She answered every question with ease and warmth and it’s clear she’s very passionate about her job. By the time we’d had our visit and viewing with her we felt like part of the team.
