- Main road frontage or prominent position at the front of an industrial estate
- Within M25 – flexible (smaller stores basements, car parks, mixed-use)
- 0.6 to 1.5 acres
- Buildings of 45,000 sq. ft GIA with B8 planning use, or the potential for change of use
- In densely populated urban areas
