Storage King is a UK-operated company with self storage facilities in prime locations throughout the country. We are constantly looking to expand our portfolio through the acquisition of development sites and existing self storage properties in selected locations across the UK.

Suitable sites should be:

  • Freehold or long leasehold
  • Leasehold (50+ years) if opportunity is located within M25
  • Main road frontage or prominent position at the front of an industrial estate
  • Within M25 – flexible (smaller stores basements, car parks, mixed-use)
  • 0.6 to 1.5 acres
  • Buildings of 45,000 sq. ft GIA with B8 planning use, or the potential for change of use
  • In densely populated urban areas
