Storage King provide managed offices in 10 of our store locations. Flexibility is important when running a business so being able to easily move into managed office space is a key part of that. We can help provide an office for you and your staff whether that's just 1 of you or 10 of you.
We provide cost effective and flexible leases to help make the move easy for you. We have a one month minimum rent but our flexible contracts means that you can upsize or downsize quite easily depending on your needs. Our pricing is very transparent and there are no hidden costs unlike some other companies so what you see is what you get.

We offer small to medium sized offices which are perfect for start-ups or small businesses. Most of our offices do not come fully furnished and therefore you will need to provide your own desks, chairs and anything else that you would like for you or your staff. We provide lighting, heating, a shared kitchen within the office spaces.
Our offices are located separately from our storage space units so if you have clients or customers coming to your offices they do not have to go through our main reception, they can come directly to your office. We also have a sign for your company put up in the location so that clients and customers can also see that you are located in our offices.
We have a range of clients using our offices between our locations and a lot of them have been using them for a long time as they love the flexibility that we can provide.
Our Milton Keynes office spaces start from 100 sq. ft. so if you're a small team looking for a small office to rent this is perfect for you. We also have a meeting room to rent separately by the hour - just pop into our reception or give us a call for more details.

Our office spaces in Dartford start from 75 sq. ft. We are located conveniently close to the station, only 15 minutes away by bus or car meaning that however you and your colleagues commute, it won't take too long.

If you're a local business (or maybe not so local!) you also have the option to use our business self storage. Our storage units start from a small locker size if you just have a few additional boxes to store, right up to our bulk storage sizes of 3000 sq. ft. if you need to store pallet goods or large amounts of stock.

In our Milton Keynes and Shrewsbury stores we also have a dedicated meeting room available to hire. These rooms are ideal to hold separate client meetings or for a bit of additional space if you need it for a few hours as we charge our meeting room hire by the hour.
Serviced offices provide a total office solution that does not require the client to do anything. These are built for the purpose of offices and come fully equipped with everything that you would need for an office space. The cost will cover everything from rent, maintenance, cleaning, any additional service management fees, utilities etc.
Managed offices are similar in that they offer a great short term or flexible solution for small companies that do not want the commitment of a long term contract in a conventional office space. They sit in-between a conventional office and a serviced office. They are not always built for the use of an office and are often a vacant space rented out by the company that owns them. They are fitted with basic amenities such as toilets, kitchens, reception area, sockets etc. however the company will not provide any specialist services as part of a normal contract that a serviced officer provider would.
