Delivery Policy

Shredding bags will be posted within 5 working days from point of order to the address supplied by the customer during the order process

Merchandise is not a deliverable item, all merchandise ordered online must be collected from your nominated store. The store will contact customers once their order is received to organise a collection date an time

Storage is not a deliverable item

Cancellation Policy

Shredding Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made

Merchandise Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made

Storage Reservations can be cancelled by contacting the relevant store at which the reservation was made. If you no longer wish to take up storage with us we will refund your £20 reservation in full, meaning you never lose the £20. We will even contact you to pay back your reservation fee if your reservation date passes. All refunds are processed within 7 working days in the form of a BACS payment
