Ive decided to move all of my stuff into a storage and start up a nomadic adventure but there were so many storage unit options out there. I was really glad that James from storage king invited me to see the storage facilities which helped me make the decision pretty quickly. It is clean and everything was accessed through an app so there's no need to bring a key with. I have been using it for a week now and it's pretty straightforward. I also measured the temperature at the unit and it's always never go above 21C so no need to worry about damage of clothes or leather shoes. Once there was an excess issue but it was solved in a timely manner. I go there pretty often between trips so swap things around so it's like a home really haha. Highly recommended!

Friendly customer service from start to finish, they were proactive, communicative. The service was impeccable! All together a fantastic experience and genuinely helpful staff. James and Joel made the process very smooth and helped to follow up any questions I had through each step. The facility is very clean and well lit and has that brand new feel. I was very impressed by the access to the site and unit through the app which can add multiple people so there is no need to fiddle with pad locks or keys but also feeling safe with the security. There are also plenty of floor plans displayed on every corner so you dont feel lost. There also have packing materials and carts available at the office and Joel and James were able to recommend some moving vans which were very very helpful. Currently there is a great deal for 50% off for 3 months which sealed the deal for me - highly recommended if youre in the area looking for storage!
