Very easy experience selectin g and hen gaining access to my Storage Unit. Sharon is a wonderful team leader at Storage King ably assisted by her colleagues. Messages are received and passed so everyone is in the loop. I asked for and received good guidance when selecting what size unit I needed, and got a very competitive quote too. Access to ones locker is through a number of gates all of which are secure, yet easy for the storage unit user to access. Absolutely first class. no hestiation recommending Storage king Bath

The service I received at Storage King was the very best! Putting all my belongings into storage was during a very stressful time. The office staff Jane and the other lovely girl with the charming accent (whose name I cant remember) were SO reassuring and they made everything easy for me. They also went above and beyond to help me find a wonderful, reasonable team of movers to move my furniture out of my old home and into my new one. The Storage King facility itself is IMPRESSIVE very clean and secure feeling. I was shown how to use the app which meant I could visit my furniture if I needed to. Do not hesitate to use Storage King! You will not find a better service.

Finding Storage King online was absolutely wonderful, the website accurately described the storage facilities. On our arrival we were greeted by Jane and Sharon, who were both very professional and extremely helpful. Jane took us through everything we needed to know, calculated a suitable size unit and answered our questions, following this she was able show us different units, which were available at that time, for us to make our choice. The Storage facilities are extremely secure, dry and clean. It was the perfect size. It is so convenient for us, with plenty of parking and ample trollies for customers use. We felt both Jane and Sharon, went above and beyond, where nothing was to much trouble, they are definitely a credit to the company. Storage King, Jane and Sharon have given us total peace of mind, thank you. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend King Storage, Bath.

I am so happy I chose Storage King. It was clean and well laid out. But best of all were the staff who were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped me sort a removals van. While I waited a few months for my new house, I was glad I didn't have to worry about the safety and security of my household goods. 100% recommended for ease, security and affordability.
