Cutting the trips to the fridge
With the kitchen most likely a few rooms away from your new office, it can be tempting to pop into the kitchen for a quick nibble. If you do need to snack though, choose the healthier options and avoid the crisps. end up eating so many snacks that it takes time away from working and being productive.
-
Be productive
This is a great time to get stuff done around the house. Outside of your work hours, use the extra time at home to do something productive around the house.
