Liz Barratt works as supervisor at the Derby Telegraph newspaper. Having worked at the business for 15 years, she was tasked with finding a solution for the business’s office downsize. They needed a permanent solution for storing newspaper archives and stock, as the available office space would be reduced in the move.
It so happened that Liz had driven past Storage King every day on her route to work, as she passed the West Meadows Industrial Estate. Now well into their fourth year at the store, Liz is able to have deliveries sent straight to the facility, where she knows the store manager will have them delivered straight into the unit. They’ve also amassed more space, now covering two ground floor units - where Storage King have also been able to provide storage racks built into the walls. As an excellent solution for archiving the Derby Telegraph newspapers, and storing bulk stock, Liz can’t see the business moving on from Storage King in the near future.
