I have recently moved house from UK to Ireland. The move made storage necessary and so we turned to SK. From day one their service has been first rate. Explaining a wide size range of units to us, their friendly and personable staff soon helped us choose one suitable to our needs. Josh and his friends at Wednesbury eased the move-in process and remained at hand when needed. (I was really pleased when Josh was able to remember our names long after our first brief meeting, which made us feel like family.) Josh and the other reception guy who was there on Tuesday 19May 2026 you guys are all amazing and a treasure to the company. Your create a warm and friendly atmosphere. After moving out l was just drained but these guys brightened up my day. The facility has massive lifts making the moves so easy. I highly recommend.

I've been using this storage facility for years, even before it became Storage King, and I can honestly say, it is by far THE BEST facility around. Immaculately clean, the team are so helpful and professional and friendly. When you arrive, the welcome here is wonderful. The team will always check for the best option and pricing for you to make sure you get the best deal to suit YOUR needs. It gives me confidence and reassurance each time. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. There are storage places much closer to me, but they're nowhere near as good as this one, so I'm happy to travel that little bit further.

Friendly staff and decent prices. Clean secure storage area. I tend to go during the week so plenty of space to offload. I can imagine the weekend could get busy though. 24 hour access is not available but I think that's a good thing as there is always a member of staff onsite to help when you visit. Mostly open till 5/6pm but 8am till 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday which is handy.
