Had an odd experience with the business, so I've decided share. My partner and I were in the process of moving so, we went ahead paid upfront for a month, had a viewing, process of signing up and induction of "new storage users" Whilst we were sorting personal belonging into boxes, labeling, and arranging a removal van, withing 2 weeks we started to receiving emails along the lines of "have you started using your storage unit"? Found it werid, replied to some emails and eventually ignore them. We were about to pay for the second month when we received a phone call of "Why haven't you used your Storage Unit?" So over the phone we ended up explaining our intentions, personal belongs income, use of a removal van, where we are moving to etc. My partner and I found ourselves confused wondering why do we have explain ourselves to business on the topic of what are we doing with our personal belongings? Also why is this business worried the storage unit is unused/ empty but we've paid a month in advance, and about to pay for the second month? My partner took the final stand, after we questioned and quarrelled if we could trust this firm and authenticity of this establishment, and with that he decided to end the contract. Maybe this business has worked for other individuals, but in our experience it didn't work out to well for us.

We’ve been renting an office space within a building owned by Kentspace for the past 14 months, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff, particularly Hannah and Vikki, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their good-natured banter and willingness to go above and beyond make our work environment enjoyable and stress-free. The facilities are always kept clean and well-maintained. The modern toilets and breakaway areas are a testament to their commitment to providing a comfortable workspace. The kitchen is well-equipped and now includes a microwave, which is a great addition. The seating in the kitchen area is comfortable and the open, free-flowing design makes it a pleasant place to relax during breaks. Reception handles our visitors with politeness and ensures they are directed correctly, which reflects well on our company. While finding adequate parking can be a bit tricky with only one reserved spot per office, there is plenty of street parking available. Overall, Kentspace provides a fantastic service, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended!
