Was in need of storage whilst in the process of moving house. Looked around other storage companies in the area and Storage King was by far the best. Fantastic prices (by far the cheapest in the area) and some good incentives at the time of joining. Nigel was really thorough in showing me the unit, explaining the storage process, insurance and the app which you need to access the site. Would use no issues recommending Storage King to friends and family and will definitely use the again in the future if required.

I was very grateful to Josh and Nigel for their continued support over the course of 3 days I was there sorting through my unit with the intent of downsizing it to a smaller one. No query or request was too much for them to answer or accommodate, even from abroad when I was calling with all sorts of questions. The place is clean and organised, and conveniently situated next to a charity shop for the belongings I needed to donate.

Very bad experience! Had booked with them before as they offer the use of their vans to move with, when we had arrived the van was barely usable and sketchy! We immediately cancelled the storage as this was the main selling point so we could book somewhere else and hire a van separately. After this the manager reached out to offer 2 months free storage (too late). We then later on tried to take them up on this offer knowing that it had expired and asked if they would at least honour part of the deal, the person I spoke to seemed very positive and offered us discount on the first few months which seemed nice, only to see the discount they had offered was WORSE than the automatic discount anyone would get for booking a storage unit with them! Do Not recommend as they will just make up any number and make it seem like a good deal! Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle, plenty of other places around them more reputable and trustworthy, very glad we never actually used them as I can't imagine how much worse they could get!
