I've been looking for a storage unit for a relative and had been looking locally to them with no luck as I'd found most places a bit pushy or unhelpful. I'd not known anyone who used Storage King before so was a little dubious of making enquiries there but I'm so glad I did. I've found the staff were not pushy at all, were incredibly knowledgeable and they were really friendly. We didn't wind up needing the storage unit in the end, but I appreciated them taking the time to assist me with my thousand questions and I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Great experience with this storage. I've been using this storage facility for about five months now to support a friend's business inside the site, and the experience has been excellent. George was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make the whole process stress‑free. Everything was clearly explained, from unit sizes to pricing and access, so there were no surprises. The building is modern, very clean, and well maintained, which gave real confidence about storing belongings there. Security is excellent, with controlled access and a safe, well‑lit environment throughout.

Unit was clean, staff were very friendly. George was very helpful even when I managed to lock myself in at 11pm at night! Joe the manager of the branch was extremely professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use again and have no hesitation to recommend. Keep up the great wok!!
