First time using storage and I was talked through the process. I shown all unit sizes and found that the size of unit I though I needed was actually too big. I was informed of the best deal for me. I am very pleased with the service. I have been to add things a couple of times now and it has been a revelation. I am glad that I went in to speak to someone about getting a unit. Simply reading about getting storage was making me confused and was putting me off. Going in, seeing the place and having the process explained clearly completely changed my mind. I thought that the place would be isolated but there were lots of people about on the three trips that I made over there. There is also someone at reception for most of the day too. I am very satisfied with my decision and will be popping over again soon, to add a few more bits.
