We moved from west London to East London went with safestore with there £1 for the month charge we were not living in our house as it was going through a full renovation and explained to the manager when the month was up and was prepared to pay for an extra storage facility along with what we had but the manager was not reasonable us. A proper jobsworth, so we found this place. WOW what a complete 180 they were helpful understanding helped us to work out a plan even gave 3 months discount. Stefan was amazing you could not find a more helpful and understanding person like him especially if your from out the area ...looking for a friendly face in a place you don't know. Had a 50 sqft with Storage Kings, moving in was smooth as they how everything worked and that I can gain entry using the NOKE app. I didn't require a lock as it was linked system with the NOKE APP. Will highly recommend as staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely use their services again.

The entire system works smoothly, making the whole storage process stress-free. I have used several public storage units over the years, but Storage King in Leyton is unchallenged in its accessibility, security, layout, customer service, and cleanliness. There is no possible way I can't give feedback on the manager. Stefan is unquestionably brilliant at his job. Extremely professional and polite. A credit to the company.
