I loved the experience of the prior tour and the demonstration of the units, choosing each one, understanding the prices, and how to access the unit once I have bought it. The packaging options were decent. It looks very secure, and the location is perfect. The staff are very friendly, too.

Big thank you to Joe for his patience today. I’ve never used a storage facility before. Everything was explained and Joe took the time to show me the locker I’d reserved. Really impressed with the size of the locker. Reassured by the security in place and ease of access to it. Excellent customer service- welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for a clean, well laid out place to store possessions and lovely staff both on site and also when I reserved the locker by phone, thank you!
