I made the switch from big yellow to storage kings because 1) you get so much more space for your money 2) the whole team particularly Hayden and Josh are SO personable, kind, and they really strive to not only get you a good deal but to also to make you feel super comfortable about storing your items with them, you can tell that they take pride in their work / that they really care about their clients & lastly 3) opening hours are so much more flexible than other storage companies. I meant to write a review as soon as I signed up with them as I was so happy and pleasantly surprised at how easy they made my switch & I’ve now been with them since April with no complaints. They also didn’t ask for this review as many other companies often do which is another good sign - so I just wanted to show my appreciation. Thank you team Storage King!

Absolutely first class experience. I have used many units throughout the South East. This has been my clear Number One. The staff are friendly and professional. They have shown flexibility when "life happens" and looked for solutions and not hidden behind excuses. I am deaf which can be as challenging for suppliers and customers as it is for me. They have made efforts to ensure l understand procedures. "Business - it's about people" #impressed.
