I feel terrible to be returning this review late, because Storage King Hounslow-Heathrow provided us one of the very best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived in London solo last June for the start of a complicated multi-week family vacation that featured a stay on a London narrowboat, cycling across Scotland, a big reunion in the Lake District, and more family visits in other spots. Storage King was our logistical touchstone. At each stage we returned to our unit to swap out the gear we needed. Their up-to-date design and technology were a revelation, and their facility was clean and tidy throughout. But their commitment to us as their customers was really the best part. During every stage of our vacation, something unexpected cropped up - issues with unaccompanied minors on another continent, traffic that kept us from arriving to the facility on time, you name it. Every single time, the incredible staff at Storage King transcended their already terrific level of service and support - free wifi, perfect directions for using public transit, guidance and good advice on how to make the best use of their services - and went an extra mile for us. And they were unfailingly kind and positive, which was an enormous comfort to me on several occasions when I was flustered and stressed out. By the end of the trip I knew that no matter what came up, if they possibly could, the heroes at Storage King Hounslow would come through for us. I can’t imagine what our magical summer in the UK would have been like without them. A very warm recommendation for this superlative storage facility, and a million thanks to the Storage King staff!
