Charlotte and her team have been consistently professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. They’ve genuinely made life a hell of a lot easier for me, often going beyond what would normally be expected to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether you’re looking to store personal belongings or operate a business from the facility, I would absolutely recommend them. I needed a storage unit immediately to store my belongings and came across Storage King - Ashford. I decided to head over and see if I could get a unit, and the lovely ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, quick, thorough, understanding, and very pleasant to talk to. The process was very easy. If you’re not in a rush like I was, I’d suggest looking into the deals they offer, as they have great discounted rates available. If you don’t have a lock, don’t worry they sell them at a reasonable price. The facility is very clean and well organised, with plenty of parking at the back. They also have a Hertz 24/7 van hire on-site, which is super convenient if you need to move things. At the time of this review, the van hire cost £15 per hour. If I ever need a storage facility again in the future, I’ll definitely be choosing Storage King. Thanks again to the ladies for all your help!
