I would like to highly recommend this company, I was given a quote not including an insurance cost but I asked if I could seek other insurance companies which I did. Mark & Bradley are amazing and will do what they can to help! Communication has been spot on, handing notice in was nice n easy and as for the unbelievable discount too just makes choosing this storage unit worth it.. thanks again to you both :)

Amazing. From the start Mark was really helpful with explaining the process and how it all works. On the morning of moving day – I popped into to pay and spoke with Bradley. I explained to him that after packing up the house I was worried that the storage unit we had reserved would be too small. He explained that there’s bigger units available if needed! So Saturday at 3.45pm – 15 minutes before the end of Bradleys shift, my husband turns up with a truck full, took a look at the original unit and confirmed it would be to small. Bradley was amazing, dealt with it so professionally and wasn’t phased that he was working over his finishing time to help us out and explained the process about going to a bigger unit. He definitely made what I would have found an overwhelmingly stressful situation- an easy and simple process. So a big thank you to Bradley! I followed up with Mark on Monday morning, again amazing! Customer service from Mark and Bradley without a doubt a 5* experience!
