I recently left my storage unit at Storage King after 2 years of being with them, and I want to share my positive experience. The facility is very well-organized and easy to use, making the whole process smooth. On the few occasions we encountered issues, the staff were quick to resolve them and showed genuine care. I’d like to give special thanks to Donna and Jade, who were both incredibly friendly, supportive, and understanding. We had a few challenges, like the lift not working for a time and being locked in when the main gate wouldn’t open late at night. That situation was especially stressful as I had my daughter with me, who was scared, but the staff returned to the office and resolved it. Despite these hiccups, everything was handled well, and the team’s effort was appreciated. I also had a direct debit issue at one point, but Jade was fantastic in keeping me informed and reminding me of payments. Her understanding and supportive approach really made a difference. Overall, dealing with Storage King felt like working with people who genuinely care about their customers. I’m happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Storage King to others!

The storage space was perfect—clean, secure, and well-maintained throughout my time there. The best part, however, was the incredible customer service. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. They truly went above and beyond. Additionally, the prices were unbeatable in all of Cambridge, making it an affordable option for anyone in need of storage. This service is very efficient, and the customer service is excellent. I met Jade at the front desk, and she was brilliant, very friendly, and communicative. I gave this company three stars because of the "hidden" extra costs that are not well advertised online (in small fonts and at the end of the page). These costs include the insurance, the padlock, and the initially confusing pricing structure. I hope that this company will improve these aspects. One more thing, the storage units do not have light, and it is a little difficult to place my stuff.

I had to store the contents of my small 2 bed house in Cambridge for a considerable amount of time. Storage King in Coldham's lane provided the best price. Mr.David and Miss.Donna from Storage King are fantastic. Moving houses is very stressful but people like David and Donna make it a little bit easier by providing a friendly service. From the beginning to finally moving my items into their storage unit, they provided the right guidance and patiently answered all the questions !
