Booked a storage unit in advance of usage date. Everything explained perfectly by Ciara at Huddersfield. She took time to explain the different sizes available and took us round the Unit to look. Just done the same again today. Nothing is too much trouble for Ciara and she has made finding and using storage facilities in Huddersfield easy and value for money.

Amazing service from Kiara, so helpful from start to finish, explained everything amazingly, good advice on what size unit we'd need ect, followed up quickly with all enquiries, even down to the packing materials we might need, so friendly and helpful. Upfront pricing and no pushy sales tactics like other places. Very clean units, Absolute 5 star service, good competitive pricing, would recommend for the service alone

I loved the experience of the prior tour and the demonstration of the units, choosing each one, understanding the prices, and how to access the unit once I have bought it. The packaging options were decent. It looks very secure, and the location is perfect. The staff are very friendly, too.

Joe was amazing from start to finish, guided me through booking a room and clearly explained why I needed insurance and a padlock but also offered to sort all this for me, then when I moved in he even offered to show me my exact room before I signed anything. I was so impressed with the facility - really secure, clean and bright! I’ll definitely use Storage King in Huddersfield again. 5 stars!
