I’ve been researching quite a few storage solutions with an up and coming relocation to the area and found Storage King Amesbury. As you do, you have a look at the websites and check out the google reviews to try and get a feel for a place and I have to say, at first I thought AI has produced everything for this place. Nevertheless, we thought we’d give it a visit. We went unannounced and met a gentleman called ‘Andy’ who introduced himself with the biggest warmest welcome and couldn’t do enough to explain all the various units, the different costings involved, and without even the slightest hint of pressure sales, was happy to invest his time in us, gave us his expert advice, came up with scenarios that we hadn’t even considered with regard to storage solutions; this gentleman was outstanding in every sense of the word. This facility is truly a 5* review in every aspect. It’s state of the art, the security is superb and the staff, in particular our experience with Andy gave us all the confidence and assurance we need to trust someone with our life’s possessions. If you’re looking for a storage solution I would highly recommend this place, our thanks to Andy for his patience and expertise. 5* is not enough for his customer service.

Had a storage unit for just over a year whilst between house moves. Everything was kept very secure and we were able to access our unit at any time. There was no hassle when ending our storage contract after finally moving house. Hopefully I will never need to but would definitely use again.

A fantastic experience, customer service was incredible and Andy really looked after me so so well and gave me some great advice about sizes and how to use the facilities etc as well as a great tour of the premises. The staff are so friendly and really helped me with what size storage unit I needed. They made me aware of receiving discount and told me the days I can access my unit which was pretty much 365 days a year! They made me feel welcome, and they offered me coffee and told me where I can make a coffee/tea when I come to visit even if they are not there! The units are clean, the cages are brilliant and sturdy and I literally have no faults. On my checkout, they made it so easy and it didn't take 5 minutes - the service I received was amazing and should I need another storage unit I will 100% be going back to them. Thank you so much ☺️
