Woodley store saves the day

In April 2012 Storage King Woodley was approached by Woodley C of E school to sponsor there "Jubilee Social" event due to take place on the 15th June.

The school had approached over 30 local businesses but none of them we able to offer sponsorship to the school. In a last minute plea for help the head of the Parents & Teachers Association approached Storage King Woodley and asked if there was any way that Storage King could sponsor the event. Without sponsorship the event was going to be cancelled as the school did not have the funds available to self fund it and all the children's hard work would have been wasted. The Storage King Woodley Manager Marc Dryden approached Head Office and requested sponsorship for the event, Storage King were more than happy to be able to help the school out and save their Jubilee event.

The school required sponsorship to cover the supply of stall games etc. for the day, Marc duly contacted a local hire company and arranged for some stalls (such as a coconut shy, mini golf, hoopla stall, churn stall) to be delivered to site for the fun day.

Storage King Woodley has now built a very good bond with their local school and look forward to some great promotional activities in the future.
