Storage King Basildon Reflect The Town’S Rapid Growth

The town of Basildon is known to be one that never sleeps due to the number of clubs, pubs, restaurants and leisure activities in the area. The new state-of-the-art IT college, which will be built in Basildon town centre, and the East Square Basildon town centre revamp are just two examples of the town’s rapid growth. Storage King Basildon has shared this expansion by growing year-on-year with five extra build outs since the opening of the facility in October 2007.

Storage King has developed a trusted name in Basildon over the past 11 years, becoming involved in the community in various ways such as sponsoring the Basildon and Pitsea Carnival.

Comments Mick Eldridge, Store Manager at Storage King Basildon, “Our main focus, each and every day, is to offer the best possible service we can. Our customers vary from private tenants who use the secure and accessible facilities as an extension of the home, to businesses who need space to grow without expensing on larger overheads like rent. We also assist local businesses with their shredding needs and work closely with estate agents who help customers with their storage needs when moving home.”

Storage King Basildon helps all sorts of companies. He continues, “We have a great mix of customers. For example, we have ‘Ice Cool Fashion’, a global online clothing company, who keep their merchandise at the facility. We have had film crews from popular TV shows like ‘Love your Garden’ and ‘Extreme Hair Wars’ store their equipment with us whilst filming in the Basildon area and we even have a tenant trust us with a rare record collection.”

Storage King Basildon give tenants peace of mind by offering 24/7 access to the individually alarmed units, meaning they can access their unit at any time and rest assured that the facility’s high level of security will keep their items safe.
