We are pleased to announce the continued expansion of our portfolio through the acquisition of five stores trading under our franchisee Licence, bringing the total number of owner operated UK Storage King facilities to 21.
The five self storage facilities, which were trading under Licence of the Storage King brand, have been purchased from Flexi Store Self Storage Limited. The facilities are based in Dudley, Nottingham, West Bromwich, Shrewsbury and Warrington.
The facilities
We pride ourselves on offering convenient and safe self storage, and these five facilities are no different. Conveniently positioned with good access, each property is situated in prime locations making is easy for families, students and business to come and go as needed. Our customers can also rest assured that their items will be safe and secure as each facility has a variety of security features which includes secure units with alarms and CCTV.

Storage King Dudley
Located prominently on Birmingham New Road (A4123) in the large town of Dudley in the West Midlands, 17 kilometres north-west of Birmingham, the property has dedicated new customer parking bays to the front and a dedicated loading area behind a secure fence line. It is in close proximity to the local Tesco Extra supermarket and trades into a dense residential area.
Storage King Nottingham
The facility is located in Nottingham in the Midlands and is positioned in a commercial corridor. It trades into a dense residential area, benefiting from good visibility on Radford Road, which sits just off the Western Boulevard (A6514).
Storage King Shrewsbury
Located in Shrewsbury, the county town of Shropshire in the West Midlands, the property is situated in a large trade park alongside several retail stores and car dealerships, offering good visibility to Harlescott Lane. It also trades into the local residential areas within the town.
Storage King Warrington
This facility is located in the large town of Warrington in Cheshire, midway between Liverpool and Manchester. Sitting on Winwick Road (A49) within a trading estate adjacent to several big box retailers including IKEA and an Aldi supermarket, the property trades into a dense residential area.
Storage King West Bromwich
Located in the town of West Bromwich in the West Midlands, north west of Birmingham, the property enjoys prominent exposure onto Birmingham Road (A41), just off the M5 highway and trades into the local residential areas.
