Can you tell us a bit about yourselves and your company?
Hi, I’m Luke, the co-founder and business director, and this is my co-director Jamie Barnett, and we’re from Magentis Solutions. We’re a managed print services business, providing photocopiers, printers, scanners and more to small and medium-sized enterprises.

One of the main things is our flexible contracts which we have developed to meet our customers' changing needs. We also monitor our machines remotely, so we’re able to send an engineer out before the customer even knows they need it. Lastly, we have a great team providing personalised customer service and ensuring that problems are solved quickly.
How has Storage King helped your business?
What attracted us was the easy 24-hour access to our unit. This was incredibly important as we receive deliveries before, during and after normal office hours. The other key factor was having somebody within the office who could take in and manage deliveries on our behalf when we’re miles away. It’s almost like having another staff member. We definitely see our relationship with Storage King going on for many more years as our business evolves.
What challenges have you had to overcome?
We’ve had trouble with COVID-19 and cash flow just like every other business, but what makes us different is that we’re always looking to deliver new and better technology to improve local businesses. Therefore our main challenge is providing our customers with the very best technology while reducing their costs and our own. I will say that we are almost always able to reduce the costs on behalf of our customers.
What’s in the pipeline for Magentis Solutions?
Our number one priority is to develop our technologies on behalf of our customers so we can keep improving their businesses. Outside of that, we’re looking to diversify our business portfolio through similar companies and sister organisations that are aligned with the managed print industry. It’s going to be a really exciting time for Magentis Solutions going forward.
