Gloucester Rugby Fans Can Now Take Part In The Half-Time #StorageFling

Storage King has enjoyed a great relationship with Gloucester Rugby for some time, as sponsors of both the Gloucester Rugby team and more recently the Gloucester-Hartpury Women’s Rugby team.

During Gloucester Rugby Gallagher Premiership games, supporters can now take part in a new half-time activation where they will stand a chance of winning great prizes.

When the half-time whistle goes, two lucky fans will show their ball skills with the #storagefling. The goal is a simple one – get as many balls into the Storage King bucket as possible!

How Does #storagefling Work?
Before each game, two contestants will be selected to take part in the #storagefling. They will each receive four standard rugby balls and one bonus yellow rugby ball. They will each then have a chance at throwing as many of the balls into the Storage King bucket as possible. Each successful throw will give them 10 points. The single yellow ball is thrown last and will double the points accrued so far if successful. You can watch the game in action here to better understand how the scoring system works.
The winner from each game will then be added to a leader board. At the end of the season, the overall winner will receive an incredible prize of £1 000 cash, one year of free self storage and a signed Gloucester Rugby shirt.
