20 Jul Epsom Supports Local School Fair

On a rare sunny day in June 2012, Dan, the assistant manager of Storage King Epsom visited the Greville Primary School Summer Fair to visit the stall Storage King had sponsored.

The store staff at Epsom had been approached in April with a request to sponsor the "Token Table" for the upcoming Summer Fair.

The token table was to be a busy stall as each visitor would need to buy tokens to use on any of the attractions.

Dan lives locally to the School and attended the event with his 2 year old son, Harry. He was pleased to see that the Storage King Epsom sponsored stall had taken pride of place at the front of the School gates with lots of Storage King umbrellas, keying's, pens and leaflets for visitors to take.

There were hundreds of people in attendance at the start of the day and this number proceeded to increase throughout the day. Visitors were all greeted by an enthusiastic announcer telling everyone about the day's activities, such as the Coconut Shy, Slow Bicycle race, duck fishing and skittles. The School Choir kept visitors entertained, and the Fire Engine from Epsom Fire Station was a great hit with the kids.

Although there were plenty of Storage King umbrellas available Dan was pleased to report than none were used as the sun stayed out for the entire event.

Storage King Epsom were pleased to be able to support a local event and Dan and Harry had a great time at the event.
