I cannot recommend Storage King Bath highly enough! From start to finish, Sharon and Jane have been absolutely exceptional. I recently got a storage unit with them, and when I had a container delivery that turned into a bit of a logistical mess, they went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they incredibly kind and understanding, but they even allowed me to use an empty storage unit for free for a few days to store nine pallets that were awaiting collection. Their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier to manage. Sharon and Jane truly embody what excellent customer service should look like. Their friendly and approachable nature, coupled with their ability to find solutions, has made my experience with Storage King Bath nothing short of outstanding. The quality of the facility is excellent. The staff are friendly and useful (Jane leads by example, all staff are excellent). You can visit the facility between 7am and 10pm every day (the hours listed are the office opening hours for new customers) means I always had access. The most important thing for me is that the company not once tried to trick me. If I mentioned to a staff that we wanted to cancel they'd make it as easy as possible to extend or cancel. When I extended for a month they didn't try to sneak in auto renewals or anything like that. Honestly, this company is what I would love the entire world to operate like but unfortunately are the rareity. Highly recommend.
